This is a state regulated $575 fee for the processing of the paperwork in association with the purchase of a vehicle. West Virginia has one of the lowest fees in the United States. Many states allow dealers to collect hundreds more which allows out-of-state dealers to advertise prices that appear much lower than local dealers. This fee is assessed on all transactions. Some financing options will not qualify for the Internet Price. This requires the purchaser to trade a qualifying vehicle to receive the discount. Pricing also includes a Finance/Lease Discount. To qualify, the purchaser must qualify for and choose a finance option arranged by Downtown Ford. Based on credit approval. Not all buyers will qualify. Not available with other offers. See dealer for details. Courtesy Vehicle Disclaimer: All Courtesy Transportation Vehicles Have More Mileage Than Normal New Retail Unit
